Obituary of Margaret Ringwood

Ringwood, Margaret Madelyn (Button Klettke), Age 63, died on November 18, 2010 in Davenport, WA. Peggy was born in Wingham Ontario Canada to Russel Fulton Button and Freda Madelyn De Groat. Peggy grew up in Lucknow, Ontario and graduated from nursing school at Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital School of Nursing, in Kitchener, Ontario in August of 1968. She traveled across Canada and settled in Ritzville, WA after answering an advertisment for a nursing position; and was a resident there until 2002. She married Gerald Klettke in 1971 and had three children; Christoper, Scott & Karin. In 1997, Peggy married Samuel Ringwood and gained three step-children; Heather, David, & Megan. After a highly accomplished career in nursing and medical support roles, she retired in 2007, after working in area hospitals including Ritzville, Moses Lake and Davenport. She loved her home at Lake Roosevelt and enjoyed Arizona in the winter after retirement. Peggy always saw the lighter and most fun side of life, and wherever she went she left a trail of friends. "With my company of friends through family, employment, church, and neighborhoods - I feel blessed" Peggy Ringwood. Survivors include her husband, Samuel, 3 children: Christopher, Scott and Karin, 3 step-children: Heather, David and Megan; sisters: Lynda (Jack) Bilderback and Donna (Brian) Sanderson, a brother: Steven and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held November 22nd, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Zion Philadelphia UCC in Ritzville WA. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Mobile Mammography Van or Lincoln Hospital Foundation in Davenport, WA at www.lincolnhospital.org. Condolences may be left at www.danekasfuneralhome.org
