Obituary of Shannon Hazel Kelly

Shannon Hazel Kelly passed away Friday March 12th 2021 with Tom by her side. Shannon was a devoted house wife, loving mother and an “ever spoiling” grandmother. Always catering to her grandchildren’s every “want” and Tom’s every need she was always eager to fill someone’s belly. She loved to cook for anyone and everyone. Nothing made her happier than a house full of hungry family and friends. It’s safe to say that anyone who was lucky enough to have stopped in and eat a burger from Shannon’s grill will agree it set the standard for all burgers to follow. Shannon’s spirit was always happy and positive. Shannon was born November 6th 1955 in Eureka California. She married Thomas Kelly on August 13th of 1977. She is survived by her husband Tom of 44 years and there 4 children, Spouses and Grandchildren. Gary and Leslie Kelly(Bryce, Drew, Jayce and Ledger) Angela Hentges and Terry Laude(Jack W. Laude, Ashley Laude, Kendra Hentges, Allen Laude) Dorothy Kelly(Stephanie Kelly, Trinity St Hilaire, Kayla St Hilaire)and Clay and Misti Kelly(Alexia, Thomas and Tobiee). She is also survived by her brother Dennis Platz and sisters Maureen Jones, Le-Ora Swanson, La-Nora Howard and Aunt Jackie Silvey.
