Obituary of Mary Danielle Miller
Mary Danielle “Dani” Miller was born on April 26, 1972 in Los Angeles, CA to Carol Haubach. They lived on their own for a few years, until Carol met Jeff and together they became The Selcho Family. She was married to Mark Miller in July 2001. She was an amazing mom, sister, daughter, aunt, wife and friend. Dani had a few jobs throughout her early life, then settled into a position in the Adams County Clerk’s office in 2005, eventually becoming Chief Deputy Clerk. During her time in the Adams County Courthouse she gained many friends; friends that turned into family. Dani always had a ready smile and offered friendly conversation to everyone she passed. She was happy to provide help and support to anyone that needed it; even when it should cause physical pain. Giving back to the community she lived in and loved was a priority for her, and she found joy in raising money for her daughter’s school programs and the Holiday Giving Tree Program. She loved to play all types of games with her family, especially Nintendo with the kids. She found comfort and happiness camping with loved ones, and with the help of their close friends, The Johnson Family (Don, Riikka and Devon) Mark and Dani found their ideal spot in Elk River, Idaho. She and Mark often joked about leaving everything behind and moving to Elk River. Dani surrounded herself with music, and had speakers in every room of her house so that she could listen wherever she was. She especially loved Need to Breathe and John Mayer, and way too many more to list. Her house is a beautiful jungle of plants, both inside and out, and she was particularly fond of Calla Lilies and Lavender. She loved her dogs Dodge, Chevy, and Sadie. Dani is survived by her Father Jeff Selcho, Aunt Stacey Plummer, Sister Stacey Selcho and Niece Juniper, Husband Mark and their 4 children, Sons Josh and Tyler (Dianne) and Granddaughter Blake, and Daughters Amanda (Jeremiah) and Lauren. A celebration of her life will be set for a later date. To leave online condolences for the Miller family please visit our website at www.danekasfh.com
