Stelzer, Raymond (78) entered into eternal life on Sunday, March 28th in his home with his family caring for him. Ray was born June 12th, 1931 in Lind to Dan and Ida Stelzer. He has a sister Verna Corbolotti (Ralph) in Dayton Ohio and a sister Ieleen Holland and brother Robert who have passed on. Raymond married Phyllis Wahl 58 years ago and they had three children: Michael Stelzer, and Susan Eichler (Dick), both of Lind and Richard (Norma) of Yuma, Arizona. Ray graduated from Lind High School. He was in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He then worked as Ranch Manager for the D.E. Phillips Ranch for 25 years before farming for himself. Ray enjoyed farming and was a great mechanic. He loved hunting, fishing and traveling with Phyllis in their motor home. He was an active member of the Lind Lions Club and belonged to the Lind United Methodist Church. Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, April 6th at 11:00 AM at Lind Community Church. The family suggests memorials be made to Lind Lions Club or Lind Community Church. Danekas Funeral Home and Crematory- Ritzville is entrusted with arrangements.
