Phyllis Irene (Wahl) Stelzer was born November 4th, 1932 in Lind, WA to Edward and Lydia Wahl. Phyllis passed away peacefully in the care of Community Pride of Ritzville, WA on May 24th, 2025.

Growing up most of her life in Lind, WA, she was blessed to meet and marry Raymond Stelzer. They were married for 52 wonderful years. She was often involved with the Methodist/Community Church. Phyllis loved to volunteer and give back to her community in any way she could.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond, and eleven of her twelve siblings.

She is survived by sons Michael, Richard (Norma) and their children Heather and Joey, and daughter Susan (Dick).
