Mom and Dad were the proud, loving parents of five children, Gary, Linda, Richard (Dick), Susan, and Randy. They raised their family in Ritzville and Lind. Mom was employed for many years with the Bell Telephone Company. She was one of the last switchboard telephone operators in the state. She learned the words Number Please…….Thank You well. After retiring from the telephone company, she worked for Lamb Weston in Connell, as a Lab Technician, retiring from there as well. Mom enjoyed fishing, camping, travelling, crocheting, and most of all being with her family. In recent years, she went on a cruise to Alaska, traveled to Hawaii and visited the islands of Maui, Oahu, and the "Big Island" Hawaii. She went to Peoria, Arizona for the Seattle Mariners' Spring Training, and Wasilla, Alaska to visit her dear friend Ellen DeVore from Lind. Other memorable travels were Nashville, Tennessee, San Antonio, Texas, and many Cronrath Family Reunions in Idaho. Following Dad's death on March 16, 2001, Mom moved to Sumner, WA, to be near her children. Following a stroke in 2006, she shared a home with her son, Gary, in Edgewood, WA. After a stroke in 1008, Mom moved to an assisted living apartment in Milton, WA. She was loved by the residents and staff of Mill Ridge Village for her kind, cheerful, positive nature. Mom is survived by her beloved children Gary (Jeanne) Pouley, Edgewood, WA; Linda (Gene) Rigert, Sherwood, OR; Dick (Sue) Pouley, Mukilteo, WA; Susan (Mark) Morehouse, Kennewick, WA; and Randy (Toy) Pouley, Snohomish, WA.
